Returns

• Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or worn innerwear items.

• Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email) is required.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if you wish to purchase another size or item.

Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
